Its still a long way to get rid off fat thoroughly, because I have been fighting with my fat over 5 years,and I m always the lose side. I know the reason I get overweight is because I eat too much. Calorie s been taken in but not be burned in time. I was thought exercise would be helpful. But unfortunately no, the only thing I can reply on is diet pills. so the urgent thing is I need to find the real one for help . this is the one I finally chose,and I have take this for a month now, I did get 8lbs off, for me is not enough. This has to be the best thing i had ordered online. So many good reviews. this company is honest, due to some reasons, i got my package so lately, but finally i got it. And i started using it the next week, i just had my thanksgiving day, is so hard to make the decision to stop using it these days,i was a little worry about the effect if i interrup my program, Tina told me enjoy the holiday, she was right, the pills still work the same even i stopped using them fosome days, enjoy my weight loss program, i think this could be the best and relaxing way to lose weight.
